The Crown / London Fog Tea Latte

It’s cold and dreary out today, the perfect day to snuggle up in front of the tv and binge watch The Crown with a cup of tea. At the beginning of lockdown, I invested in a small milk frother. It’s really upped the quality of my morning coffee and tea. I used to rely on Starbucks for my London Fogs (earl grey lattes), but now I can make them at home. I also started getting Twinings Lavender Earl Grey which works perfectly for an at home London Fog.

London Fog Latte

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) strongly-brewed (lavender) earl grey tea
  • 1/2 cup steamed/frothed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar or more or less to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Brew earl grey tea and steep for at least 3 minutes.  Remove tea bag. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined.  Serve warm as the next episode of The Crown loads.
